The Probate Court in each county is responsible for issuing marriage licenses. You and your fiance must go in person with identification to get a marriage license at a probate court in Florida. Please call the number of a probate court below for further information.

Your marriage license is good for 60 days once issued by the court.

You may get married anywhere in the state of Florida once you have a marriage license.

You may get a license in any county in the State of Florida, regardless of where you live.
